I’ve always had an inquisitive mindset, constantly asking “how does that work?” and finding ways to build, repair, and improve. That curiosity led me into engineering, where I developed a strong focus on problem-solving and practical innovation.

Over the years, I’ve applied that mindset across diverse challenges, from designing technical solutions to adapting to unforeseen setbacks. A few years ago, I lost all of my natural hearing, but with determination and a cochlear implant, I have adapted and found solutions so that I can engage in a hearing world. This life-changing experience reinforced my belief that complex problems can always be resolved when approached with creativity, persistence, and the right tools.

Today I work with clients to uncover opportunities, solve technical challenges, and deliver measurable improvements. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real-world experience.

Outside of work, I value balance and perspective, and spend time exploring the wonderful countryside around the foot of the Pennines.

Happy to connect and explore ideas over a brew. Feel free to get in touch, and we can take it from there.
